Ανακομιδή Τιμίων Λειψάνων Οσίου Αλεξίου του θαυματουργού

 

Η    Εκκλησία   τιμά    την  μνήμη  του  Οσίου  Αλεξίου  του  Θαυματουργού,   Αρχιεπισκόπου   Μόσχας,   στις   12   Φεβρουαρίου.         
Τα   ιερά   λείψανά   του,   ανακαλύφθηκαν   στις    20    Μαΐου   του   1431.  Το   1485,   τα  ιερά    λείψανα    μετακομίσθηκαν    σε    ναό    αφιερωμένο  στον  Άγιο.  Σήμερα βρίσκονται  στον  Πατριαρχικό  Ναό  των  Θεοφανείων   της   Μόσχας.

 

Removal of the Holy Relics of Saint Alexios the Wonderworker

 

 

The Church commemorates Saint Alexios the Wonderworker, Archbishop of Moscow, on February 12.

Its sacred relics were discovered on May 20, 1431. In 1485, the sacred relics were moved to a temple dedicated to the Saint. Today they are located in the Patriarchal Church of the Epiphany in Moscow.
